Nettle was the first fox hound to arrive at Sweetgrass Equestrian. She spent 8 years in the hunt field as a reliable fox hound for the WWH. All the staff at Sweetgrass equestrian are incredibly fond of Nettle and she is enjoying her retirement as part of the Sweetgrass family.
Pelmar
Sweetgrass Equestrian Fox Hound
Pelmar is a lovely hound who hunted for 8 years with the WWH. She was a lead striking hound and loved her time in the hunt field. Pelmar is named after Pelmar Farms that was owned by Dr. Joe & Connie Peller. Pelmar is now enjoying her retirement and she is the sweetheart of Sweetgrass Equestrian.
